You may use BizRecord to manage inventory, sales, debts, receipts, workspaces, subscriptions, and related business operations. You must not use the service for unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse of platform resources, or actions that interfere with system integrity.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the records entered into the service. BizRecord provides operational tools and reporting support, but it does not replace professional accounting, tax, compliance, or legal advice.
Paid features may be offered through Google Play or other approved billing channels. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally governed by the platform through which the purchase was made. Access to premium features may be limited where a payment is canceled, reversed, expired, or found to be invalid.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim for reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizRecord is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, interrupted operations, or data-related disruption, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, fraud, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
